At Agnii, every candle is crafted with care and love. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we ensure each product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In case you face any issue, please review the policy below:
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
To process a return, please ensure the following:
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damage.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Missing or unclear videos may lead to rejection of claims.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used candles or partially burned candles
Customised or personalised candles
Gift boxes/kits after opening
Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Once your claim is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the product is not eligible for return after inspection, the refund will not be processed.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, kindly place a new order after your refund (if applicable) is processed.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we immediately begin processing and packing to ensure quick delivery.
